The online conferece focused on the realization of WP3 and the creation of Doctoral Training Centers. The presentation by WP3 leader Irina Obukhova from MIPT covered the following topics:

Work Package 3 outcomes and outputs
Algorithms for creation of DTCs
Action plan for WP3 realization

The session was finalised by a round of questions and discussion from the national coordinators, representatives of Partner Country universities and EU partners.
